All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after 2 PM may be processed the next business day.

We currently ship within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping cost is calculated based on weight, volume, and your delivery address.

Exact shipping charges will be shown at the time of checkout.

Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount (check our promotions).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.

You can track your order using the link provided or on the courier company’s website.

5. Delivery Address

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address including:

Full name

Phone number

Complete address with landmark (if any)

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier service issues

Weather conditions

Natural disasters

Public holidays

Customs delays (if applicable)

Incorrect address

7. Failed Delivery / Return to Sender

If the courier is unable to deliver your order (no one available at address, wrong address, refused delivery, etc.), the package may be returned to us. In such cases:

You will be responsible for additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

If the package is not claimed within the given time, it may be cancelled and refunded after deduction of shipping fees.
